Last night a car drove right through my neighbor's house, and stopped short inches from where she sat in her rocking chair. She is in her 80s. The story has been all over the news... You just never know...

I've been working in PM for about 25 years I've lost count of the number of cars that have hit buildings. A few examples:
Car went through a fence and into the swimming pool. We had to get a crane to get it out.
Twice cars went over a retaining wall and into lower level apts.
At 3 in the morning a pair of teenagers are "talking" in a car which some how goes into the side of the building. The maint man's comment: "somebody had one hell of an orgasm."
At a commercial property two separate incidents, cars literaly drove into the DMV while taking their drivers tests. They did not pass. After the second one we put a wall between the parking lot and the building.
My all time favorite. Teenage boy goes out partying while mom and dad are out of town for the night. He comes home, drives through the side of the building into his living room. At that point he noticed he was home and went to bed. The next morning mom and dad come home to the car sticking out of the side of the building and their son passed out in his bed.
Interesting way to make a backcall...
Good thing that I live in brick house.
