1. A little light gambling for entertainment is not something the elders should be concerned with providing it meets certain criteria.
2. An elder who was appointed 10 years ago but fornicated 5 years ago can remain an elder providing he meets certain criteria.
Elder 1: "I bet you'd love to shag my wife" (a little light gambling)
Elder 2: "I did, 5 years ago, but she wasn't into oral so I dumped her and wish I'd never bothered" (demonstrates regret)
