If God wrote the instruction manual for Mankind and 2000 years later man still can't understand it. The WBTS says the light is getting brighter because we are living at the time of the end.Than why does God say no one knows when the end is.

You will essentially hear excuses for any sound and logical objection. There are valuable, interesting and poignant aspects to the Bible. It is a good source for understanding a culture that went from Nomadic Tribes to a City State during the early to late Bronze Age. It contains the development and transitions of a Society willing to grow as a culture yet maintain family and territorial identity.
You cannot get the proper grasp of the Bible without also reading the Talmud and Midrasch.

WE will only know the time frame of the end...by the 'signs' that Jesus said would be in the last days...not the DAY or the HOUR.
It seems setup so most people will lose their lives...does not seem like a loving God...

Unless you have been anointed with Holy Spirit. More so, imho.
My excuses ( ) are as follows:
a) the bible is not an instruction manual for mankind to live by. The bible is an accounting of witnesses who point us toward Christ. It hold the teachings of Christ and significant moral points, but other books and teachings have moral value as well.
b) God says no one knows when the end is, because no one knows when the end is. No matter who creates a loophole around that.
