Can somebody sum up the new rules on dealing with child abuse mentioned on another thread please.

And that's why the Washtowel Babble and Crap Slaveholdery is so harsh on this "copyright" issue. They do not want anyone to read it, especially those who need this information if they are to make sound decisions as to whether to join the religion or pick another (or none). Even among those who are in, they want the rules to be so vague that the witlesses themselves cannot defend themselves from the hounders. A hounder can use these rules to get whoever they want or to coerce them into additional rules, and the witlesses can't even locate anything to back up the hounders. So, the witlesses just conform to the extra rules.
