This is Jim Jeffries. Bear in mind that he's performing to an American audience in Boston. His routine does contain south strong language.
Australian comedian absolutely nails American attitudes to GUN OWNERSHIP. Hilarious!

Typical aussie humour - unapologetically stating the obvious with plenty of bleeps thrown in.
He's a very funny guy.

It's so liberating being rid of the Borg mentality of having to defend every belief.
Or maybe it's the new Dharma mentality I'm taking on.
I can disagree with this guy now without having to get mad or get in a discussion that might get me mad.
Now I can be like, "Well, good for him." And then go to the ranch the next weekend and shoot the hell out of some tannerite.

Thanks for that Village Idiot.
Maybe it's wishful thinking but I'm getting the impression that a growing number of Americans are beginning to understand the European/Australian perspective on this issue.
Maybe . .

Thanks for sharing that. I love Jim Jefferies' routines.
On a more serious note, I'd not take his portrayal of gun ownership by Australians too literally. Hundreds of thousands of Australians are legal gun owners and, when it comes to having weapons useful for self-defense, what Australian law permits is pretty much in line with what the average American gun owner has for self-protection, which is something like a .38 sidearm or shotgun.
