How was Rutherford so skilfully able to identify such an evil servant right there at the top of its hierarchy?
Well the WTS provides a foolproof method for identifying such ones.
The evil servant must object to such obviously godly virtues as,
- heavy drinking
- unkind treatment of staff
- outbursts of anger
- discrimination
- vulgar language
Yes, why would anyone be so evil and protest against such admirable spiritual qualities? Any person who objects to the above list of obvious fruits of the spirit clearly identifies himself as the evil servant. And to think such one was a prominent member of the Bethel family.
