Wikileaks - why haven't I seen new elder book there yet?

That would be a great site to have the elder books, has anyone tried getting them to accept it?

I think they had the old manual before, but now they have bigger fish to fry.

When the new "Shepherd the Flock of God" was 'released' on the web,
Wikileaks was down for an upgrade etc. Perhaps no one has offered it to them since.

WikiLeaks has moved their resources to releasing bigger releases such as the diplomatic cables.
