I've always found it disengenuous that the WTS would focus simultaneously on how they were liked and respected in certain quarters, yet reviled and persecuted in others, but this is getting to be a little strange.
An authoritarian high-control group is disliked (in part, for being an authoritarian high-control group, among other more obvious reasons), yet sues a state-run organization, which will inevitably make them even more disliked. There's gotta be a strategy at work here, but maybe I'm stoopid this morning; I can't grasp what it might be.
I'd have thought that in the wake of the murder case, they'd be trying to do damage control.
What the hell's their objective, here?

Ah, I think I get it; the more fuss someone makes about something they don't want publicized, the more publicized it gets; no wonder the WTS is freaking out about "apostate" websites.
Ya gotta love the Information Age.
