Tec, cells are taken from a burn victim's undamaged skin and put in a solution. Then it is sprayed onto the burn, and within days the skin regenerates. It's amazing. The guy in the video who suffered second degree burns was brought in on a Friday, it took 1 1/2 hours to prepare the skin gun, and by Monday he was told he was healed. His skin looks completely normal.

WOW, I wish they would show actual healing pics though. Tammy, the video was showing a method of harvesting stem skin cells, putting them in a water based solution and basically spraying them on the skin to help burn victims. A 2nd degree burn was healed using this method in 4 days. A process which usually takes weeks.

I had occasion to care for burn patients in the hospital years ago. The pain that many had is excruciating, (if the burn was 3rd degree or worse the nerves were gone). I really hope this becomes the standard burn treatment soon. How exciting this is!
