I have loaded two documents onto my blog. They are the draft registration cards for Fred Franz for WWI and WWII.

If the MacMillan letter is anything to go by he uses without attribution stuff other people have posted on the Internet.
When it comes to historical documents provenance is very important, so a brief note accompanying these documents about where they came from would be useful, not to mention courteous.

To my knowledge I do not do as you suggest.
My library is like most others; it is contains some tidbits of information and documents the source of which is unknown and/or unverifiable. The MacMillan letter is one of these documents.
I presented the MacMillan document on my blog for its face value and left readers to make of it what they will. If you have information that lets readers verify the source of this document I will happily provide that information along with the letter scan.

Thank you for these documents. The first one though is very difficult to read. Do you have access to a better scan to make a more readable image?
