    Dear Friends,

The early Platoistic beliefs of an heavenly and etherial system where everything thing will be okay if you adhere to a theistic reality aka JW, to a more realistic ideal, of you live in a here and now to make your life meaningful. After all no definate messages from a deity have come to man that can be verified by ANY religious book that can be scrutinized by alternative means is highly dubious! Or maybe the Governing body have new light, lol!!!!

    Regards,

I'm certain Jesus taught the Kingdom is both upon us and in the future. Plato and Aristotle can be complimentary. Jesus clearly focused on the present. Feed the poor, angry, prisoners now, not pie in the sky. Whatever you do for the least of these, you do for me. Jesus

I could never get into the atheistic view, that it was all an accident of evolution that's why I think it's probably a deistic I take, Jesus was probably a good good man with a lot of good ideas some of them from previous civilizations, no disrespect in that, but no miracles or ethical bits, maybe we are an experiment that went wrong OR right who knows, but the fact remains to put all your hope in something that cannot be rationally verified seems to be somewhat simplistic!
