Last night I attended a 80's reunion for my High School. I was one of 2 Ex JWs and there was one current JW there. The current JW shut me out, but I saw a FB post today between the other ex and the same current JW. BTW the current JW is on FB and doesn't have any blocks on her account. Talk about dumb. But there was plenty of other "worldly" people I could talk with and have fun with, so I did. But what a hypocite!

Graduations parties are the ultimate hypocrital policy of JW's.

Mamamo; take charge, when a situation like this occur don,t
be the one that feel uncomfortable. My son walk into the barber
shop, and who was waiting for A hair cut, his cousin. He announce,
this is my cousin and he is A jw, I am no longer one. So he can
not speak to me. It would have been good to bring your class mates
over to his or her table and make that announcment.

It was actually a block party with everybody from the 80's from my little podunk high school. The person who is still in in my class talked to me and another ex JW. Out of 210 graduates we had 5 JWs, only one is still in. The hypocrite was in the year before ours. When I saw the still in person walk into the restaurant my class was having their dinner in, I asked if she was going to talk to me. One of our classmates heard and said" She sure better!" and she said she didn't have any problem talking to me. In fact we are now FB friends. Quite frankly, it is a Whatever! moment.

Out of 210 graduates we had 5 JWs, only one is still in.
Only 20% still in. That's even worse retention than the Pew Study notes.

The way it looks the last one will probably be DF again soon. She is ending her 3rd marriage.
