I am sitting here in my office doing my work and the theme for American Beauty comes on my Pandora. I haven't seen that movie in ages, but it's theme almost put me in a trance. I was overwhelmed with a somber feeling and still have it as I write this post.
Great movies effect me greatly. Most times they are a really enjoyable experience for me, but sometimes they just end up leaving scars.

That's an interesting point, Sab. I go to movies to be entertained and if I leave with PTSD and a gloomy spirit I wish I'd stayed home. One film that comes to mind that I put in that category is "The Deer Hunter". Too heavy for just having a nice evening and a bag of popcorn.
I watched a movie called Paradise Now that blew me off my feet!
