I wonder how many JW's think Hitler and other people not known for their niceness, will be resurrected in their fictional paradise earth?

Hitler is dead (no really, he is not still alive or cloned like in Captain America comics). therfore his sins are paid for by his death.

He'll come back (humour me here, I don't actually believe this), and perhaps Bro. Cohen can study with him.

    How happifying!

I can imagine he'll be at the 'paradise earth' watchtower study with his magazine neatly hi-lited. He'll give a Nazi salute when he wants to comment on the paragraph.

WT Conductor: 'How many chapters are in the book of Amos?..............er.........yes. Brother Hitler!'

    Hitler: 'NEIN!'

Seriously. Have you ever heard of comments along the lines as to whether Hitler and other people not known for their niceness, will come out the other side of the big 'A' after god has murdered me for missing the meetings?

The Watchtower's explanation of the "ressurrection" is highly flawed.

What The Watchtower describes as ressurrection is really re-creation.

Instead of the original creature being brought back to life, a re-creation, a duplicate body, is created and then impressed with the memories of the original.

An example, suppose one had an orignal Ming vase for which every detailed even down to the atomic level was scanned and recorded.

Suppose also that one day the vase fell off the display in which it was situated and shattered into a million pieces.

A duplicate vase was then created from the detailed stored data for the original.

Can one honestly (and legally) say that the re-created vase is the same as the original?

What if hundreds, or thousands, of re-created vases were made from the recorded data for the original?

See how The Watchtower's idea of a "ressurrection" is ridiculous?

I used to ask my mom about whether Hitler would come back. She said he definitely would not. Her rationale was that he killed Jehovah's people. I wonder if our memories would be erased? Because if people like Hitler come back that would create a lot of tension in paradise.

I could have sworn there was an article some years back about this very subject regarding memories of those resurrected. In particular it brought up King David, Urriah, and Bathsheba, and it made the point that Jehovah would either do something to their memories, or have them physically seperated so that there wouldn't be a problem. Maybe Blondie or someone else can locate this, or maybe my memory is off.

@VM44 - Yes. Agreed it makes no sense to me anymore. I don't want my 'clone' running around when I'm dead!

    @serenitynow = he killed Jehovah's people.

Strange isn't it - the GB have done the same with their weird blood doctrines!

All those bad dudes died so they were acquitted of their sins.

When they come back you can betcha a$$ they are going go to be really pi$$ed off because

the Governing Body managed to stick around long enough to show them how rulership is

    supposed to be administered.

After they see a few of their friends like Dr. Mengle get stoned for carrying out experiments on other

'resurrected ones' they might have the fear of the Governing Body Jehover instilled in their hearts and minds and souls.

If I recall correctly, I seem to remember that the consensus among JW judges was that Hitler sinned against the Holy Spirit and wouldn't be forgiven.

The truth is, somewhere deep inside the man he had the same spark of God that we all have. If he was completely spiritless he would have been lacking the passion needed for his assigned task and would have been no good to his masters.

Resurrection as taught in the Bible, with one life and then a judgment is a completely fictitious concept invented by the clergy. Reincarnation makes much more sense, because only the god-spark Inner Being or Monad incarnates, not the egos that cause all the damage. Egos have to be dissolved in the lower realms. They end up in a black hole somewhere. If this mind-body-spirit complex called "Hitler" came back, the only way he would be dangerous again is if he was re-programmed with similar egos.

@Honesty = Governing Body ............ show them how rulership is supposed to be administered.

    Oh, nice one!

@Prodigal = the consensus among JW judges was that Hitler sinned against the Holy Spirit and wouldn't be forgiven.

Makes you wonder how they figure that out doesn't it!
