This is amazing that they dont have any kind of robotic solution. An not enough good radiation suits.

The mother of one of the atomic "samurai" working to bring Japan's stricken nuclear plant under control has said her son and his colleagues expect to die as a result of their efforts. Meanwhile, there are reports that additional workers are being offered big money to dash into the radiation-drenched heart of the Fukushima Daiichi plant, perform a job, then withdraw.

In a phone interview with Fox News, the tearful mother of a 32-year-old worker said: "My son and his colleagues have discussed it at length and they have committed themselves to die if necessary to save the nation."

"He told me they have accepted they will all probably die from radiation sickness in the short term or cancer in the long term," the woman added.

"They know it is impossible for them not to have been exposed to lethal doses of radiation."

The woman did not give her name, because she said the workers had been asked by management not to speak publicly about their ordeal, in order to minimize panic.

There are also indications that the workers aren't being provided with some crucial safety equipment. Japan's interior minister said that not all of the workers were given lead sheeting to protect themselves from the floor--which may be contaminated by radiation--while sleeping.

"My son has been sleeping on a desk because he is afraid to lie on the floor. But they say high radioactivity is everywhere and I think this will not save him," said the mother.

In another bleak sign, there are reports of additional workers being offered up to $5,000 a day to act as "jumpers"--so called because they "jump" into highly radioactive areas to quickly perform a task before fleeing with minimal exposure. But even at those rates, many candidates are turning the work down, Reuters reports.

"My company offered me 200,000 yen ($2,500) per day," one subcontractor in his 30s told a reporter."Ordinarily I'd consider that a dream job, but my wife was in tears and stopped me, so I declined."

And Ryuta Fujita, 27, told the Tokyo Shimbun newspaper he was offered $5,000 to go into Reactor 2, but likewise declined.

"I hear that guys older than 50 are being hired at high pay," Fujita said. "But I'm still young, and radiation scares me. I don't want to work in a nuclear plant again."

Last week two workers in Reactor 3 were taken to hospital after their feet were exposed to 170-180 millisieverts of radiation. The average dose for a worker at a nuclear plant is 50 millisieverts over 5 years.

Because so few workers want to venture into the plant, it's proving hard for TEPCO, that company that runs it, to assess whether efforts to cool the fuel rods are working, or even to fully diagnose the problems.

Robots are usually used for this type of work, but Fukushima's interior is so filled with debris that it's difficult for robots to operate there.

Red Cross aid hasn't reached Japan quake victims
The relief organization has distributed none of the $1 billion it has collected.

Workers at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant failed for a second day to
stem the flow of radioactive water into the ocean as plastic injected into the
leak Sunday failed to form a plug.

Workers had discovered an 8-inch crack in a concrete channel at the lower levels
of reactor No. 2 where radioactive water had been accumulating after it had been
sprayed onto the reactor to cool it. The crack was spewing the contaminated water
into the ocean, which may explain the high levels of radioactivity detected
    offshore near the plant.

On Saturday, workers attempted to pump concrete into the crack to seal it, but
the concrete would not set before it was washed away by the flow of seawater.

On Sunday, engineers attempted to plug the leak with a mixture of sawdust,
shredded paper and a polymer or plastic that expanded to 500 times its normal
size when exposed to water. They had then hoped to pour concrete on top of the
polymer to form a permanent seal, but the polymer did not form a plug either, and
as of Sunday night, water was continuing to flow into the ocean.

Radiation levels in the water are an estimated 1,000 millisieverts per hour, a
high but not immediately lethal dose.

This leaves two questions unanswered. First, where else is water leaving
Fukushima Dai-ichi and going directly to the sea? This shaft and crack did not
leak enough to produce the amount of contamination in the entire area of the sea
that has been contaminated. Second, how was water getting into this shaft in the
first place? There is no direct connection between the shaft and the containment
    vessel.

In other news at the plant; two workers who were apparently killed when the
tsunami hit were discovered on Wednesday in the basement of the Reactor 4
building. Their deaths were not reported until Sunday, because the company
waited until their families had been notified to release the information.

Japanese authorities on Friday were struggling with a new problem at the
devastated Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant: where to put tons of radioactive
    water.

In recent days workers at Fukushima have discovered contaminated pools filling
basements and maintenance tunnels beneath some of the damaged reactors. They’ve
been sandbagging tunnel outlets and hooking up more pumps in an effort to prevent
this water from reaching the ocean or filtering into groundwater.

But on Thursday International Atomic Energy Agency officials announced that
earlier in the week workers had stopped pumping radioactive water from the
basement of the Unit 1 reactor because the unit’s turbine condenser – the place
they had been putting the water – was full.

Convincing evidences show it was artificial earthquake.
You can see clear difference between natural earthquake and artificial quake caused by unclear bomb in the Seismogram.
And daily quakes have been occurring at exactly same latitude and longitude in Tokyo Bay. Different only in depth but mostly the same depth 10 km. Check also the direction of Tsunami caused by the quake. It was mono directional not multi directional one. God is not in charge of such "INDUSTRIAL QUAKES" but only human can create such.

There are many hideous coverups as 911 inside job.
It is good to research the truth about such a great impact event so as to know the hidden agenda of the world rulers.

Google such word as "311 seismic terror," "man made earthquake," "Pure Hydrogen Bombs," and the like.
Japanese Goverment and mainstream media have been fueling fear with misinformation about the amount of leaking radio active.

This is also inside job. Do not be fooled by an initial appearance provided by mainstream media.

    on April 8
Nishimura Tadashi emeritus Professor of Tokyo University estimated "the amount of radioactive material all emitted from nuclear plant Fukushima Daiichi, is 1/100,000 of the total emissions of the Chernobyl accident (figures 3.7 million tera becquerel) .

Estimated to be maximum (amount per day until the release of 15 March is 10 Terra becquerel.
Therefore, it is also 120 Tera Becquerel for 12 days following the date of first release) so it is 1 / 1000 of Chernobyl.
So the crisis has been over.

the press conference and his presentation.

S-kudaka: Since it's your first post, welcome to the board!

The energy required to simulate a 9.0 earthquake is in the order of 500Megatons of TNT. This would be a huge explosion and would have radically different seismic signature.

So, Im not buying the manmade argument.
