It was taken by her friend actor Roddy McDowall after he assured her it would be done in good taste, and was a present to her new husband Todd. She was 24.

In that pose, she very much reminds me of the Spirit of Ecstacy hood ornament on a Rolls Royce. (which was originally a nude statue for a Rolls Royce owner and was adopted by the Rolls Royce company around WW1 era by modification to be gowned and given angel's wings).
The famous "Silver Lady" was supposedly a mistress of one of the early Rolls Royce board members - her identity (while being leaked to the press) has never been officially identified by the Rolls Royce company.
I had a look at my Silver Dawn example this evening and they really are somewhat similar. If anything, the Spirit is a little taller and slimmer than the beautiful Liz.
