Different than what?
This is nothing new, as they have always said the "the faithful and descreet slave and it representive governing body"
Same thing.
Btw, When they say faithfull and descreet slave, most of the time they are only speaking about the governing body as is this case.
Also, Like this from the July Simplified version.

By the way. How do you think that Luke 5:39 applies here?
Luke 5:39 (New International Version, ©2011)
39 And no one after drinking old wine wants the new, for they say, ‘The old is better.’”

Yes, I understand what you are saying, but the way this is stated is different. Usually they just link the two but here they are saying "When representative
members of the "slave" discern that our viewpoint on some point of truth needs to be clarified or corrected, they do not hold back from making the adjustment." When did they last say that representative members of the slave do anything to do with doctrine. They have done their best to avoid the notion that individual ones of the "faithful and discreet slave" have any say?? -

Not sure why they would use the scripture from Luke. It is a wierd one to use for the way ones would feel about changed doctrinal thoughts.

Does this answer it?
*** w09 6/15 p. 22 par. 10 The Faithful Steward and Its Governing Body ***
10 However, were all spirit-anointed Christians involved in overseeing the preaching work and in preparing spiritual food? No. The apostle Paul tells us: “Not all are apostles, are they? Not all are prophets, are they? Not all are teachers, are they? Not all perform powerful works, do they?” (1 Cor. 12:29) Although all spirit-begotten Christians engaged in the preaching work, only a very limited number—just eight different men—were used to write the 27 books of the Christian Greek Scriptures.

For my thinking that is exactly the point. In that reference they seem to distance the rest of the annointed from the gb. It is the gb, just eight different men, who will write new doctrine.

I should have added this. I think this answers your quest, if I understand it correctly.
*** w09 6/15 p. 24 par. 16 The Faithful Steward and Its Governing Body ***
16 Are all these anointed ones throughout the earth part of a global network that is somehow involved in revealing new spiritual truths? No. Although as a composite body the slave class is responsible for feeding the spiritual household, not all individuals of the slave class have the same responsibilities or work assignments. (Read 1 Corinthians 12:14-18.) As noted earlier, in the first century, all were involved in the vital preaching work. But only a very limited number were used to write the books of the Bible and oversee the Christian congregation
