Thanks aSphere. I made them with 304 stainless steel 1/4" tube with 16 gauge carbon steel wire and epoxied them in place. The cool thing is that the carbon will turn slightly darker due to the etching properties of the oils from peoples hands while the knife's being handled, so you're going to get this really nice contrast between the two types of steel.

Wow, a work of art. Knife making is something i looked into, for a short time. It's something that people don't do for the money, i think, more for the satisfaction of making a quality item.
