IMHO- I appealed my DFing a few years ago and I won. I don't know what the success rate is, but I would estimate pretty minimal success rate. But if they don't have solid evidence on you as in my case your chances of success appealing it increases greatly. I also threatened them with a lawsuit if they DFed me on insufficient or no evidence- so I think Bethel legal told them to back off and drop it. Good luck to you. Just don't admit to anything and you have a chance if there is little evidence to convict you. Worked for me
