F.S.says we are to abhor today's movies

  Movies are filled with violence,murder,sex,nudity,etc.By watching such movies we corrupt our minds,degrade our sound principles and moral values.

  At D.C/C.A they will have a family demo of how beneficial Bible reading,wt pubs,f.s.etc.They will act out a Bible scene,maybe little shepherd boy David or building an Ark.They will never act out a realistic scenes such as:

  Moses saying'Why have you let all the women live,he ordered to kill all the boys and women but not the young virgins:

  How about "Stone to death any women not a virgin on the wedding night."

  Or Ps 137:9 'Happy will he be to smash your children against a rock" And one more Is 13:15,16"Killing children before their parents and wivies raped.

  I do not think the movie industry has a rating for Bible based movies.I get sick to my stomach because these are real in the Bible.When you watch a movie say a John wayne he killed many Indians ,he killed them over and over yet they lived it was all make believe.

  They are just as bad as the written stories of the bible, particularly of the god of the ancient Israelites

  Yahweh and tribe/people or civilization that had worshiped him.

  For this reason the Bible is rated R - with attaching warnings of its content

  not to mention that the so-called warning is ridiculous. as if watching a movie with sex and violence is going to magically cause anyone who watches it to suddenly go out and kill countless people and sex it up at the same time ... about as stupid as the warning not to even look at apostate literature because by just looking at it, you can be corrupted by the magic apostate words ... ooooo spoooky ...

  I remember when I was younger some elders tried to make the bible seem "cooler" by pointing out all the violence in it. Something along the line of "who needs comic books? THis guy just had his intestines spilled out after being stabbed in the stomach! Eh, eh? Bible's pretty cool, eh?".

  But yeah, I don't really see how they can condemn violent movies for corrupting your mind while encouraging you to read about mass genocides and the graphic blood lusting tribes that participated in them. I mean what a field day the media would have if Obama went on the air and made an address where he declared that we will be happy to smash the babies of our enemies into rocks.
