S-77 and S-79 Disfellowshipping and Disassociation forms

I really want to thank you for an excellently documented website.
One thing that truly saddened me about WT Observer going offline was that all images were lost. They had been formatted in such a way that they could not be saved. I even had a copy of the entire website but all images were useless.
You are recovering and posting some of what was lost. So thank you.
Addenda
I have added images of a court ruling from California determining that the penitential communication privilege does not exist for Watchtower style judicial hearings because what is learned in these hearings is required to be communicated to Watchtower headquarters. The S-77 and S-79 forms are part of that communication.

I wanted to thank you Marvin for your work and to tell you that they are really informative.
I remember JWFacts obtaining his personal file from the WT. Is it still impossible for us to get a copy of our records in the USA?
Thanks Marvin, if anyone does not believe that the JW's /WT are a nasty cotrolling little cult, this should convince them.
The JW/WT religion/cult is about as far removed from the love that Jesus showed as it is possible to be , " poles apart" is an understatement !

Under US law it would be difficult and tedious for a person to get hold of records that Watchtower holds on them.

Make copies of any special envelopes they may send these in and disfellowship anyone you want!
