How much allowance do special pioneers and bethelites receive nowadays? I was shocked in when I learnt that a Bethelite earns only $14 a month in 1975.

$100 something, I think.

If memory serves, it was about $30 something in the 1980 or so. But you got all the cheese and pancakes you wanted on Sundays.
