Depends who I am greeting and what the situation is.
My friends usually get "alright?"

I nearly always say Hiya but sometimes Hi and sometimes Hello and follow with how r u. Doesn't make any difference guy or gal and if I speak to them regularly on a more intimitate level of friendship I will use hun or babes as well.
