I wish I would have woke up sooner and had a chance to meet this faithful brother. He has helped, and continues to help tens of thousands of us.
It would be nice to hear what his wife is doing and how she is faring. Has she done any interviews? Would she?

Ray's books will soon be available through Amazon.com probably exclusively. I have a few copies of his books that are brand new at the Free Mind Store that are higher priced because I can't obtain anymore from Cynthia; it is too much for her. In the meantime Commentary Press may come alive again and the price will go down. At any rate they weill be available soon, and are already now in stock at:

BTW we are running good articles on Free Minds all week long in remembrance. Tuesday we had memorial statements in many languages for Ray. The last two days we focused on the prominent Irish elders John May and Martin Merriman coming to visit Ray in Gadsden after he was disfellowshipped for having dinner with Peter Gregerson. Fascinating video.
Download it from Youtube and save it for later use like you would save Ray's book.Youtube direct link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KBa9HRSrnFk&feature=player_embedded

Any stories that people are willing to tell, we should try to keep Franz's legacy alive. What is sad though is that most Jw's including myself at one point do not even know who he was. Which is sad.But I hope more people learn about him and the truth about the Jw's.Information about Ray Franz should become more mainstream.
