    Try to incorporate some kind of exercise into your daily routine. Especially good for losing weight are aerobic types of exercising (I prefer bicycling, but swimming is probably the best). Start slowly and work your way up to longer periods. Keep in mind that the body won't burn fat calories for the first 15 minutes, so don't expect weight loss if you limit your exercising time to 15 minutes. The first 15 minutes burn calories stored in the muscles, so if you can eventually go for 30 mintues that would be much better. Just be smart about it by warming up and cooling down in order to prevent injuries and sore muscles.

    Exercise will speed up your metabolism so that you will be burning calories even when not exercising, not to mention that you'll look and feel better.
