I've noticed one of the ways JWs avoid any media that might contradict their point of view is by claiming it, the media, is created by the devil, and therefore they must avoid it. Any suggestions how to get around this? I know jebus supposedly said something about meeting challenges set by non-believers (could someone point me to that verse?) but the response I expect from quoting that is 'well, we will meet *reasonable* challenges'.
Is there really no way into those closed-off minds?
In the Bible we are told to be ready to make a defence, how can that be achieved if you are unaware of the specific charges against you.
If the charges are false and from Satan they can be easily exposed.

Like all loonies that claim: 'God told me to do it!' The WTB$ claim anything that threatens their power base is from the devil! As the Devil is invisible the WTB$ seek to exploit this to keep control. Another invisible thing that proves something tangible!

Especially given that they have used the media for their own ends when there appears to be agreement for/with the cult leaders.
EG. the Marley Cole books published by 'Satan's' media. Using 2 websites on 'Satan's' internet. Using 'Satan's' radio for WBBS. Releasing DVD's that can be played on 'Satan's' TV's (Many TV's incorporate a DVD player and why have a TV if not to watch it). Why accept shares in RandCam if weapon developers are so satanicly 'worldly'? Why launder money via financial crookery from the Philip Morris tobacco company is smoking is a DFing offence?.............and so it goes. The hypocrisy of the WTB$ is beyond belief!
