This is a link to a blog. Is there any evidence from a newspaper or magazine or human rights group or anything but one person's completely unsourced blog? It almost reads like a yearbook article and we all know how truthful those are.

Something just smells fishy about it. I'm not an expert on south Asia but this just doesn't seem like India to me.

It would be interesting to know what the motivation is . . . whether straight out religious bigotry, or based on some knowledge of their cultish practises.

Just like assembly and yearbook "experiences" I have no doubt that every single number and event on the page is exaggerated.

This isn't to say I don't feel bad for the victims. It REALLY sucks to be them because first they were victims of a cult and now they're victims of people who hate that cult.

I'm still kinda surprised that it's going on in India.

Last year I spoke with an Indian sister who was visiting and I asked her what the situation was in India for the preaching work.. she shook her heard said it was very dangerous in the Southern part...

I do know that if you go to Forum 18 you will see quite a few christian denominations are being attacked with impunity there and around the world..there are roving gangs who want christian religious beliefs gone from India.

Also in a lot of countries, state controlled, even the muslims are being put in prison, along with Ba'hai, Baptist, etc.
