I am still interested in the extent the IBSA has gone regarding the data protection act.
From what I hear they were busted in sending information about one person with no written consent and it is causing panic.
They now claim they know nothing about anyone in the congregations and nothing is held on them whatsoever.
Common place is to keep info on dfd and da'd and then to claim they destroyed the information once a subject access enquiry is made.
Any new info would help me as I am compiling a list of violations on this from presentation to the ICO who will investigate even phone calls made and if at anytime information was looked into without proper consent.
