  Again tonite i was visited by two elders to see what attitue I have toward the congregation.

  I told them that through research I had found a number of things that i simply do not believe and was told that it was a matter for prayer and that Jehovah would reveal it all to me.

  Good advice but what if Jehovah is telling me to "get out" and is showing me that one by one he is showing people the truth as he did with CTRussell. What if Jehovah is "spitting out" those who claim to be his slave class?

  I was told that Jehovah does not use individuals to reveal truth to, which made no sense, what about the Apostle Paul etc and more importantly wasn't Russell an individual?

  And why is it that lately the WTBTS has been getting sued more and more and hated more and more by others? Again. because Satan is attacking God's people. Really I thought, cos the missionary christians in India face more opposition than witnesses and they have never uttered a bitter word about other people's religions.

  Well again 'pray about it' was the answer and agian " do you believe the congregation is being directed by the FDS" was aksed.

  I simply do not know was the answer as I have never seen so much disruption, defection and burn out as is happening and yet Jesus was lowly in heart his yoke was not heavy and he did not condemn others. His message was I am here follow and ignore the rules of those who make them with no scriptural proof.

  I guess I will soon be told I am apostate which I am not I am democrat but hey ho!

  they gave you a weird version of the loyalty question, they asked "you do you believe the congregation is being directed by the FDS"? That a yes. The actual question is do you believe that Jehovah is directing the FDS? Thats where its hard for people to decide to lie or tell the truth, which will lead to DF.

  Well again 'pray about it' was the answer and agian " do you believe the congregation is being directed by the FDS" was aksed.

  I love the 'pray about it' statement. It's the straight flush ten to ace. If you pray about it and still want to leave then you didn't pray right. If you pray about it and come back then you must have prayed correctly and logic was thrown out the window... once again.

  It's a mind f*ck and the elder probably doesn't even know he's doing it.

  Lol Nancy Drew it seems like the more sincere a person is the more attacked they get and the more they are a threat.

  I am not worried about a label period, had enough of the holier than thou routine, when i pray it is to be forgiven for the course i was in!

  Of course it didnt help that I had a copy of Crisis of Conscience on my coffee table!

  Tale no it wasnt on purpose i wasnt even expecting them to be honest.

  I am never intimidated by them at all as they weild no power over me period. i actually like them and commend them from time to time but if you come to my home you better bring your manners.

  They were frustrated but polite and i was to them. but maybe the book was divinely placed
