May I start off by saying, for me this did not work.

People veiw you as A nice person, but A person not

having or exerting authority. It does not work in the

real world. After I left the WT., my pay increase,

promotions came and there was A change by my

fellow workers. Well what happen, I stop trying to

be A humble, meek, insignificant man. That peculiar

and essential character we were to cultivate as JW,s

    only work in JW land.

The bOrg trained us to be living doormats. It can take some time to discover and develop a backbone.

Oh, I still have and use my humility all the time.

Because when it comes to humility, I'm #1!

And I'm the modestest person you'll EVER meet!

If anybody dared to call me proud or arrogant I'd beat the crap out of 'em. That's how humble I am.

Yeah it really hurt my business for awhile. I was trying to run it with the witness mindset. I have since been able to fire people. That was SO hard to learn.

I still haven't learned to not be humble. I don't know if it is JW related. All my brothers are that way and they were never really JW's.
