I'm not sure where in the link the IKEA article is, I couldn't find it. However, it does seem quite odd, since IKEA is a very progressive company. For example, on the East Coast they used to have TV ads showing same sex couples shopping. Seems a bit contradictory to me that they would cave in to the JWs. But, I guess stranger things have happened.
The Danish Government has banned peeing because toilets found it offensive.
