  Watchtower on written evaluations

  Today I uploaded a new article to my blog addressing another aspect of Watchtower’s internal judicial system. These judicial proceedings produce written evaluations. What happens to these written judicial documents? And, since these documents are solely about the defendant, are they made available to these defendants upon request? This is what my article is about.

  The written information has also bounced back to bite the Watchtower in that it provides a paper trail linking the local elder's tribunals with the headquarters. In one case a court ruled that it invalidates the Watchtower's claim that judicial comittees are protected by clerical confidentiality privilege. The argument is, how can you say that a judicial comittee is a confidential, private matter between a churchmember and an elder, when the elder is required to document the meeting and report to a third -party.

  Justice is impossible without proper process. This offends not only common law jurisprudence but notions of jurisprudence from almost all cultures around the globe, "judicial" rankles me because they have no legitimacy to term it "judicial." Kangaroo court.

  So a question arises, can one get a copy of that evaluation? Me thinks not, they want to screw you but leave you without the condom so to speak to prove that they did. One night stand so to speak?
