I notice most apostates will picket signs or try to place their own literature with the witnesses. I cant see how the latter is effective since JW's are so heavily bombarded with warnings about apostate literature. I was thinking that an effective strategy might be printing out lots of copies of older and current magazines, highlighting specific phrases and words, and stapling them together to show the obvious inconsistency of the WT. This could be done by leaving it on their seats or something. I'm not sure they would immediately throw it away as they would with other non-WT literature. If its straight from their own literature, it might peak their interest. What are your thoughts on other effective techniques?
Effective means of "apostasizing" at conventions and assemblies?

There is no good (legal) way to deconvert a cult member. Best way to hurt the Borg is education to keep those who get DFd or fade naturally from ever returning and educate the unindoctrinated to protect them from ever joining.
There are what, 60,000 a year who are DFd from the Borg? How many of them learn that the Watchtower is not God's Organization? They ALL need to.

That raises an interesting question, Do old magazines that preach "old light" constitute apostate literature??

The thing is, I doubt there are a lot of original copies that one can distribute. So we are left with distributing photocopies. Which will not seem as legit as the original ones.

Would they throw away old wt?!? In essence throwing away or denouncing JW history?!? That would, in it self, say so much about the ineptitude of the org...Surely though the jdub throwing it away would not catch the irony. Too much thinking required!!

Well photocopies is what I was implying, mainy because there are very few issues of the older WT's availlable. I still think photocopies that they can look up themselves at some points are still more effective that apostates own literature.
@ theredeemer: very good point. Those articles were not truth so are they apostate material? It also begs the question: All the witnesses of that very early time were learning pretty much falsehoods and lies that have since been replaced. Will Jehovah destroy them at Armageddon for apostacy? Or for not taking in "accurate knowledge"?

Well, a photocopy is what it would take to convince anyone, because they all know that apostates change the wording in the stuff posted online.

^lol. Yea. From a JW mind this would be the near automatic resonse: O they MUST have changed the wording, no way we would EVER say these things.
But I still believe its a better alternative than apostates own literature. Especially since, if they are at ALL interested, they can look it up themselves.
