I can now see clearly why only sinners who get baptised in association with the Watch Tower Bible & Tract Society Inc. printing business can be handed over to satan/disfellowshipped.
It's because the blood of Christ covers the sins of "new ones". Once you become and old one, by dedicating your life to the publishing company through baptism, Jesus's shed blood means jack shit. For the old ones have to PLEA for forgiveness/reinstatement of their sins in the form of writing a letter , to be approved by those who judged and condemmed them.

A former thief would not be required to make restitutionIt's sickening too how a child molester can serve in the congregation, if the congregation doesn't know about it if he or she has been "giving evidence of repentance " but if a cigarrette smoker who has been handed over to satan by the judges and condemmers dies while "giving evidence of repentance and manifesting a desire to be reinstated", they still aren't forgiven. The higher ups don't even show any mercy or love to the deceased family who are JWs. They have to throw one last hateful act in by not allowing them to use the KH for the deceased's funeral. I can't imagine how much that effects the family members, on top of the pain of losing a loved one to death. Nothing like adding on more pain and showing no love or mercy whatsoever. But yet they'll go to where the funeral is held to give a witness! I'd be go-to-hell if I would ever allow any JW to give a "talk" at my disfellowshipped mom's funeral if I were in that situation. Because if they were treating her as if she's dead while she's alive, then what the hell would they want to give a talk at her funeral for while she really is dead?!!
to all from whom he stole before baptism, although in
some cases his conscience may move him to do so. (Luke
19:8) The blood of Jesus Christ covers the sins of such new
ones. They may get baptized. However, it is best to be
judicious as to extending additional privileges. (Isa. 1:18;
1 Tim. 2:5, 6; l John 1:7)

What if the deceased was disfellowshipped? The congregation would generally not be involved. The Kingdom Hall would not be used. If the person had been giving evidence of repentance and manifesting a desire to be reinstated, a brother's conscience might allow him to give a Bible talk at the funeral home or graveside, to give a witness to unbelievers and to comfort the relatives.
whew! I feel better now.
