Tonight Glee had a sing off using the song Out Here on My Own.
"Sometimes I wonder ... who I am, do I fit in. Out here on my own.
Always proving who we are."
For some reason it struck a chord with me tonight. That we are the ones out here on our own.
Love that song! Fame is one of my favorite movies and i have the soundtrack. I can understand the lyrics so much better now.
I listened to that song a million times the year I left the cult.
My getting out song was Here I Go Again by Whitesnake:
