Browsing Waterstones bookshop today I came across this new book that has a chapter on Charles Taze Russell. You can read the chapter by using the search inside function on Amazon and searching for Russell.
I wonder if when JWs stumble across it whether it makes them feel proud.
I have an interesting book about false or just plainly silly predictions called "Where's my Flying Car?" - it mostly deals with technical or social predictions that turned out to be wildly untrue.
Can't remember the author as I left it up at the Colorado cabin.
But anyway, it has a chapter on false predictions of the end of the world or the coming of Christ - and sure enough, the Jehovah's Witnesses are given the title of practically the leaders by a wide margin of false 20th century "end of the world" prophecy.
