Great bit of piss taking by the interviewer, I think old Viscount Monky is so way out there that you cannot really satirise him, he has done that to himself.
Most of those who were associated with Maggie Thatcher are of the same ilk, certainly they are not really of ths world, and of course the poor sap had never heard of Ali G.(or Sacha)
He is typical of a great number of Tories in our land, they live in a weird anachronistic bubble. Unfortunately they make up the majority of the "Ruling Class" in Britain.
I feel an old joke coming on :
"Actually, I'm a Viscount"
