With the discontinuation of the Gilead School and the quote from WTBTS saying that they are much less industrial now and more administrative, wouldn't it make since to sell this property as well?
What good is it now? A whole infrastructure in one location dedicated to education that takes place in 3-4 classrooms and is on the decline?
These classes could be handled in the new location or at Wallkill with much less cost.

Gilead school is not discontinued, it is re-purposed.
Although it does seem to make little sense to maintain 3 locations.
At some point I imagine they will consolidate.
There are plans to expand the facilities at the WEC by 904,000 sq ft! It is NOT being sold!
I highly doubt it. They have a huge presence in the graphics world/art dept including many other administrative depts. The heavies are there to manage for example the cover of the awakes/WTs.
