I notice that in this article there is a lot of advice given and admonishment to follow the example of Jesus, especially in the ministry. But i noticed that when they discuss how a christian man, the head of a household, they don't have the example of Jesus and how he fulfilled the obligation of providing for his household, his family. They keep bringing up examples of Jesus fulfilling his ministry by including occassions where the bible seems to me to be recording what Jesus did to provide illustrations for the purpose of teaching conduct to do with daily living amongst those that were already followers of Jesus.
