Yes, I have that website saved to my 'favorites'...
If I recall correctly, it concerns, among other issues, the problem of maintaining confidentiality within medical practices when one employs a Jehovah's Witness...

Band on the Run
The site seems to have fascinating info. Unfortunately, the section I was not neutral. It was so biased against the Witnesses. Surmise was present, rather than a citation to a transcript or lower court proceeding. It is very poor legal scholarship. And I am no Witness fan. Yet the site seems excellent for findiing unusual cases. The First Amendment does not exist to protect deferential, nice speech.
I liked that it could be a starting point for employment cases. Perhaps I read the worse summary of all but I would only pull case names from it and then read summaries on a more neutral forum for explanations. When one writes about the Witnesses, you have to be very careful to be accurate and almost give the benefit of a doubt. Anyone could find the faulty analysis and use the wrong analysis to assail the underlying message which might be very accurate.
