Very interesting documentary on Channel4 this evening, all about the sunken kingdoms, civilisations off India's East and West coasts. Both of these sunken cities are only now being seriously underwater archaelogically surveyed. The one on the East coast is of massive dimensions, incedibly technologically advanced civilisation pre dating anything else thus far seen. The program was by a gentleman by the name of Graham Hancock.
From a Witness upbringing perspective, I thought maybe some of you guys might like to read up on this, so here is the weblink for you all:

PS Ruddy typical, broken link, well, for you real history buffs out there, you'll just have to go to http://www.google.com and type in the box, 'lost kingdoms ice age india', and click on the top entry by The Guardian Newspaper Unlimited.
My apologies.
