I was recently reading a thread on Deja (Google Groups) in regards to historical proof of Jesus. I found this statement inquisitve:

The question is, why would any historian take note of an
impoverished wandering Jew, preaching a prophetic message of equal
access to God and complete equality, and whose ministry lasted maybe
three years, sufficiently to write about him?

I've read many threads arguing for and against proof of Christ, yet never one which read as above. Call it enlightening!

Perhaps that IS the reason for few historical references to Jesus. But, more importantly, is it not amazing (perhaps divine) that the above ministry has literally affected millions if not billions throughout the ages?

Yet even more amazing is the fact the Bible (OT) foretold such would be His ministry!

What is the chance ??? Amen...

who never wrote a book, never had his own house or place to call his own, etc etc .... answer: because he was God's only spirit son ever born to a human woman & perfect yet gave up his life for even the rock-bottom worst of us so that all might live again by resurrection, serving as our only perfect role model. see?
