Did anyone see the Vid of Jack Johnson surprising a young Sick Boy in the Hospital with a Skype Visit????
He started to play the little boys Fav song...Upside down..and as sick as this Poor little boy is............
You can see his eyes light up and this boy is thrilled singing along.....
Brought a FU****G tear to my eye.................
