Many times in posts I see men speak of the fact that they failed in some way to "lead". I am not sure what that means exactly. Is this an implied lack of decision making skills on the part of the woman? Do you see this as symptomatic of a passiveness on the part of females in general? Do you attribute it to the Watchtower training that encourages women to be submissive and for men to "take the lead"? Is this a trait that you feel the average worldly woman displays? Just curious.
