    Th e link didn't work for me, but I'll bet I know just what you're talking about. This guy and his family are a literal sin and a shame.
    The weird thing is, they can't prosecute because there is no law against what he did. All they can bring him up on is theft by deciet or some silly shit.

    Are you talking about the guy who owns a crematorium (sp?) and instead of cremating the bodies he just dumped them around his property and tried to sell the body parts? Yeah, he's one sick puppy! Makes us Georgians look real good!

    Yeah... they can charge him with felony theft by deception (O.C.G.A. 16-8-3) for each dead body. The felony theft by deception is when the amount of theft thru depriving someone of property and the property value is over $500.00. I can hear the defense attornies working up for this one.

    Nasty.

    What is really weird is that stealing flowers off of a grave site is also a felony... you can recieve one to three years for it. Yet, GA doesn't have a law for this kind of crime.

    I think that it had to be more then one man involved in this.
