You can call The Samaritans i f you are in Ireland ( 1850 60 90 90) or the UK ( 08457 90 90 90) , . They provide "confidential non-judgemental emotional support 24 hours a day". You can contact them by email, phone, or letter, or talk to someone face to face at one of their branches.
If you are in Australia, you can contact Lifeline at 13 11 14. They are open 24 hours a day. If you would prefer, you can also try out their online crisis chat which is open from 8 pm - midnight AEST. People from New Zealand can also call Lifeline - see number above.
