Usually you can get a few months back by altering the url of the download, but the last months I can get are Sept 2011. Here is how they are formatted:

http://download.jw.org/files/media_magazines/w_E_20110915.pdf
This would be how they should format, but they are gone, maybe Atlantis or someone else can help you out!
