    Watchtower Admission – Religious Fanaticism

Today I added a new article to my blog emphasizing an admission Watchtower made 20-years-ago that is reason for pause for Jehovah’s Witnesses who have sought some education. There is admission by Watchtower that to fully and openly express its blood doctrine for what it really represents is to demonstrate religious fanaticism. Accordingly, when it matters the most, Watchtower has advised Jehovah’s Witnesses to refrain from open and full acknowledgement of what they are taught by Watchtower to believe.

My article is titled Watchtower Admission – Religious Fanaticism and is available at: http://marvinshilmer.blogspot.com/2012/03/watchtower-admission-religious.html

Thanks Marvin! Just another lesson to show that JWs are liars at heart, when it comes to public explanations about their dogmas.

I was warned about this during a question session with an elder. I was given various scenarios to rehearse, so that I'd know how to answer convincingly enough so that a doctor wouldn't say I was fanatical or obsessed and therefore not of sound mind, so that they could override any decisions I might make.

Of course, it has misfired. No way I am going to let myself be controlled by that sort of rubbish!

    moshe,

    That’s a mouthful!

Take a look at how Watchtower’s Dr. Schiller presents the blood doctrine: http://marvinshilmer.blogspot.com/2012/03/watchtower-doctor-being-honest.html

    These guys disgust me!

    Chariklo,

What you write is particularly true of minors over about 10-years-old. These are sat down and fed scripted language to repeat under questioning. These children are instructed not to share their own thoughts based on inculcation fed them since birth! All because, wonder of wonders, it will make them look like fanatics. Imagine that! Who’d have ever though it?
