I think both are useful. Those on the inside have access to information and docuements that they have sent to those on the outside, who then can widely distribute this information.

Hmmmmmmmmmm, i would think the most damage would be done as insider when you use your comments in the watchtower to bring your point across, lol

When you're an insider w/ a high level position and give sensitive stuff (like BOE letters; notes from elder-only meetings w/ the CO) to an outsider.
