I recently heard that the RBC has its own charity designation and that when a congregation asks this group to come and renovate the congregation forfeits the deed.

Does anybody have any information on the RBC- . I am trying to get a better picture

    Thanks in advance

In the US the tax laws regarding non-profit religious organizations have it set up with the IRS that the congregation that holds the territory the KH is in is that corporation (3 elders in that congregation serve as trustees not owners), manages the KH and the property. The WTS takes over as the parent non-profit only if that congregation is dissolved. That congregation would have to be dissolved, the RBC would have to be designated the parent non-profit.

I don't know what the laws are in other countries but that is the US.

I have all the insider documentation (forms, instructions, ...) you may ever need down to the standard designs for the buildings and the video that goes along with the "safety" booklet. Let me know what you want.

@Anony Mous I would love to see the documents you have. My brother is a trustee for his hall and I would love to bring this up next time we talk.
